We offer a variety of nutrition and lactation focused courses for college credit. Many are offered both on-campus and online. Courses can be taken as part of the Undergraduate nutrition program or as a life science elective course. We also offer graduate level courses that can be taken for the Master of Nutrition program. Students not enrolled in a degree program can take courses as Non-degree seeking students.
